3 Christmas Table Centerpiece Ideas With a Few Key Pieces

Holiday tables are some of my favorite things to set up. I love the planning process from what dishes and flatware to use, and of course what kind of Christmas table centerpiece will be perfect.

I recently styled 3 Christmas table centerpiece looks and I have to be honest, I’m not sure which one I love the most—but hopefully, one will speak to you and inspire you.

Gilded Glamour Christmas Table Centerpiece

Rich and elegant, this look is perfect when you want to set the stage for a table full of sparkle and drama. And it is so easy to create this look with just a couple of key pieces.

For the centerpiece, I used champagne pine garland. I love the beautiful glimmer it adds to the table. A few burnished metal ornaments made perfect accents to cozy that garland up a bit. The finishing touches were candles on vintage brass candlesticks.

On the sideboard next to the table, I placed a matching champagne pine wreath to echo the beauty on the table.

Tip: Use a battery operated garland on the table for a bit of twinkly charm without cords or power needed.

Christmas Table Centerpiece with Ornaments and Candles

Simple and sweet with a nod to vintage French farmhouse style, this centerpiece is full of character and a whole lot of cozy charm.

For this table, I started with a large vintage wood dough bowl for the centerpiece. I then filled it with beautiful burnished metal ornaments and silver and gold mercury glass ornaments to create a beautifully simple yet elegant look.

I love how the shimmer and glitz of the ornaments really plays off of the rustic texture of the dough bowl and creates a beautiful mix and mingle of patina. To add a bit more charm, simple small candles in jars placed on the table add a warm glow.

Across the room on the mantel, capiz star lighted garland adds a layer of warmth and twinkle light.

On the sideboard, a small Alpine tree placed in a vintage wood cheese mold adds another layer of warmth to the room.

Tip: Mix in real branch clippings with your artificial garland and let the evergeen scent add to the holiday mood.

Rustic Elegance Christmas Table Centerpiece

Full of simple rustic charm with a sprinkle of elegance, this centerpiece was created using a beautiful woodland-inspired garland and capiz shell star lighted garland.

This is such a fun centerpiece that sets the stage for a dinner full of magic. I love the way that the dark greenery full of pinecones and berries creates the perfect base for the warm and lighted stars to twinkle on.

For a festive and welcoming look, place candles on brass sticks to add a warm glow. Behind the table, an antique mirror draped with fresh greens, elegant beaded garland, and glowing pinecone garland completes the look.

At night, I absolutely love the way that the mirror and lights create a cozy backdrop for the table setting and echo the greens and twinkle light theme.

Tip: Use mirrors to reflect all that twinkly magic so that even from across the room the candles glow in the mirror.

So there you have it, 3 looks for a beautiful holiday centerpiece. Which is your favorite?

I hope that this inspires you to create a beautiful table setting of your own for your family this holiday season!
