This very simple star is one of the many stars I had made during a craft break while grading a whole bunch of student exams. I ended up giving the majority of these stars away to students who received great exam scores, and this is the only one I have left today. Every Christmas when I unpack this ornament from storage, I’m reminded of the fun memories my students and I shared together that year.
