Balsam Hill Australia’s Yulefest: A Joyous Midyear Celebration

Christmas is one of the most highly anticipated holidays of the year, and is observed in many different ways around the world. In Australia, Yulefest is celebrated midyear during the cold months, in addition to the usual December festivities. It’s perfect for spending time with family and friends, enjoying good food and creating happy memories to last for seasons to come.

Welcoming and warm are bywords that describe Rani’s home, as she prepared for a cosy lunch with her friends and their little ones. The Silverado Slim was perfect for adding cheer to her dining room, with glimmering globes and timeless figurines from our Christmas Cheer collection lending touches of colour and texture to the verdant foliage.

Traditional green, red, and gold hues abound in Rani’s table centrepiece composed of her beautiful Heritage Spice Wreath embellished with tapered candles and a charming miniature cottage. A sophisticated tablescape set with dinnerware in stark black and grey brought a lavish touch to Gina’s outdoor celebration. Her Berkshire Mountain Fir stood proud beside the table, its lush green needles providing contrast to the vivid hues of baubles from our Christmas Cheer Enhancement Set.

Completing the scene was the Heritage Spice Wreath, cleverly hung on the back of a pristine white chair. Its woodsy accents tied in with the artfully scattered fruits and dainty floral sprays that decorated her table. Assorted treats, bread, cheeses, and wine rounded out the picture of elegant entertaining, even in the midst of the rustic outdoors.
